Wristbands For Less warrants its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship.
Within 14 days of receipt of your shipment you may return any of our standard products, excluding custom printed wristbands, for any reason for an 85% refund. A 15% re-stocking fee will be charged for non-defective items. Non-defective custom printed items will be charged a 33% re-stocking fee, on condition that we will be allowed to resell them at deep discounts, to interested buyers. We will not be responsible for shipping costs, except if we make an error with your order, or in the unlikely event that you receive defective products. Any defective products will be replaced or exchanged, after they are returned, with no charge for ground shipping of the replacements.
Please note that we can process returns and refunds ONLY for items purchased from Wristbands For Less. We will exchange items at our discretion, in which case we will not bear extra shipping costs. Items that are returned in unsellable condition, will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion. Consecutively numbered wristbands will ONLY be accepted for refund or exchange, when they are in sets of 500 numbers, or as shipped.
Ground shipping estimates for delivery time are based on the carrier's estimates for their normal shipping times. We will not be responsible for consequential or other costs associated with the carrier's non-performance. Same day shipments cannot be guaranteed when orders reach us after our 3.30 pm EST cut off time.
In the event that we misprint and list an incorrect price on our website, we will issue a full refund.
